Privacy Protection for Filings

Filings must comply with Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 5.2, and so social security numbers, full birth dates, minor's names, and financial account numbers must be redacted as specified in that rule.  If a party fails to comply and the Court must direct that party to provide redacted copies of filings, the party must pay for the time the Court's clerk spends substituting the redacted filings for the offending filings at a rate of $100 an hour, made payable to the Clerk of the Court.
