     Memorandum Ruling and Order: Plaintiff's Rule 60(a) motion
     to modify the judgment to include prejudgment interest, and
     in the alternative, Rule 59(E) motion to amend the judgment
     to include prejudgment interest [120-1] is granted.
     Plaintiff is awarded prejudgment interest at a rate of 5%
     per annum as per 815 ILCS 205/2. Defendant's motion for a
     new trial [122-1] and renewed motion for judgment as a
     matter of law as to part of Castle's first affirmative
     defense [122-2] is granted in part and denied in part. The
     jury award shall be modified to reflect a judgment in the
     amount of $220,651.95. It is recommended that Plaintiff's
     bill of costs (doc 123) be referred to a Magistrate Judge.
