Onesto's last attempt to remove a pending state criminal
case)). Onesto's criminal and/or traffic cases are
summarily ordered remanded to the state court of Illinois.
See 28 U.S.C. Section 1446(c)(4). The Court sees no need
for Onesto to pay the $150 filing fee because this case is
terminated. His motion for appointment of counsel (D.E.5)
