duration for the plan. If either party contends that a
safety plan was implemented without specific written
documentation, the court will expect that party to provide
a brief written explanation of its determination that a
plan was imposed and of the specific terms and duration of
that plan. The court requests that this submission be made
in the way of supplemental exhibit, preferably in a single
