Tello-Aristizabel filed a motion for voluntary dismissal of
his motion to vacate, admitting that (1) after careful
reviewing his plea agreement, he was made aware of the
nature of his sentence enhancement; (2) the governments
brief is meritorious; and (3) that there is no Blakely
violation, or fifth or sixth amendment violation.
Tello-Aristizabal's motion to vacate, set aside, or correct
his sentence pursuant to 28 U.S.C. Section 2255 is
