plaintiff's motion to reinstate case [201]; motion for
entry of default orders; for default jugment of foreclosure
[21-1]; motion for order appointing Special Commissioner.
Plaintiff's motion are denied without prejudice. The Court,
sua sponte, strikes plaintiff's complaint for foreclosure
[1-1]. J.P. Morgan Chase Bank as Trustee for Sasco Mortgage
     pass-through certificates, series 2003-AM1 ("J.P. Morgan
Chase Bank") was named as the party-plaintiff in the
complaint. On 01/04/05, plaintiff filed an affidavit
confirming that J.P. Morgan Chase Bank held legal and
equitable title to the note on the day the complaint was
filed. Plaintiff's complaint attempts to allege this
     Court's diversity jurisdiction. See 28 U.S.C. Section 1332.
However, plaintiff does not properly allege the citizenship
of J.P. Morgan Chase Bank. See Firstar Bank, N.A. v. Faul,
     253 F. 3d 982 (7th Cir. 2001); Pl's Compl., at Paragraph
1.) Therefore, complete diversity has not been established.
