     Agreement by both parties. The Court finds that 7-Eleven is
     entitled to monetary damages in the amount of $2,731.54 and
     that each party is to bear its own attorney's fees.
     7-Eleven is hereby awarded possession of the store, and ALL
     EMS and the Wagdys are ordered to vacate the premises on or
