| Case Compensation Maximums for CJA
Panel Attorneys
Vouchers in excess of the case compensation maximums, must be accompanied by a memorandum addressed to the presiding District Court Judge indicating that the case was extended and complex. These vouchers also require the approval of the Chief Judge of the 7th Circuit. The following case compensations maximums apply to a voucher submitted by appointed counsel, if that person furnished any CJA-compensable services on or after December 8, 2004. If all work was completed before December 8, 2004, the former case compensations maximums would apply. |
