At this time, Judge Brown is not accepting clerkship applications for the terms beginning in 2007 and 2008.

Judge Brown hears motions on Wednesdays and Fridays at 9:45 a.m. All motions, even those filed electronically, require a paper courtesy copy be delivered to Judge Brown's courtroom deputy in room 1808 three business days prior to presentment. (Friday for a Wednesday hearing, and Tuesday for a Friday hearing.) Courtesy copies must be bound on the left side (e.g., stapled, spiral bound, etc.) with protruding tabs for exhibits.
